The candy red finish is in near-mint+ condition and the maple neck with rosewood fretboard plays like a dream. This model has one of the slimmest necks ever made yet has full string spacing at the bridge. The neck is finished in gloss black and the hardware is black anodized as well. There's an active preamp with 2 volumes and master tone and the P/J setup provides the ultimate tonal balance. Speaking of balance, the bass weighs only 8 1/2 lbs and includes a nicely padded gig bag.
